INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
PROSPECTUS PURSUANT TO THE EFFECTS OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE JUNE 30, 2003, NO. 196
In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 we hereby provide you the necessary information regarding the purposes and methods of processing of your personal data and the scope of communication and diffusion and the nature of the data in our possession and its transfer.
PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

- Purposes which are necessary for the development of economic activities and, therefore, will be treated in compliance with current legislation in the field of business and industrial secrecy
- Purposes related to the obligations imposed by laws, regulations, by the contract and by Community legislation as well as provisions issued by authorities empowered by law and by the supervisory and control, and, which therefore, as required by art. 24 D.Lgs. 196/2003 "Privacy codex" do not require consent for their treatment.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
Data will be processed manually and with the help of modern computer systems by employees specifically appointed for that.
COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
Your data, object of our treatment, exclusively for functional managerial fiscal reasons and legal obligations and for the performance of the contract, could be communicated to institutions and in general to any public or private entity with respect to which there is obligation for us (or faculty granted by law), or communication needs, as well as to our consultants, to the extent necessary to carry out their duties in our organization.
NATURE OF THE CONFERMENT
The conferment of your data is mandatory because necessary for the obligations in order to company's regular accounting and information technology, as well as for the fulfillment of legal obligations (eg. contribution obligations or social security or tax, etc.)
You may assert your rights as expressed by art.7-8-9 of D.Lgs. 196/2003 contacting the holder of company or, if appointed, the person in charge of data processing.
